We’re pleased to announce that, through our membership of the UK’s largest independent delivery network, APC Overnight, we can offer a new tracking service, APC PinPoint. This facility lets a customer who is expecting a delivery view a map to show the delivery driver’s current stop and how close the driver is to the delivery destination.

PinPoint can be accessed via the APC Overnight website here by simply entering the delivery consignment number and postcode.

We believe the service will allow our SME customers to offer an additional benefit for their customers, with this enhanced tracking service to update them on their delivery.

As a further feature, APC have also introduced the eCard system which, in addition to the driver leaving a physical ‘sorry we missed you’ card on a missed delivery, generates an email to notify the recipient of the missed delivery.
