If you have received a ‘Sorry I missed you’ card from our driver, please complete the form below to arrange re-delivery or collection of your consignment.  If you do not have a card, please contact us on 01392 426433.

  • We will use your contact number should we have questions about your re-delivery
  • If you would like to arrange re-delivery of your parcel, please select a day below.
    Please note, we cannot process requests after 5.30PM on the evening before.

  • Can I select a time for my re-delivery or choose a Saturday delivery?
    Saturday and timed delivery services are premium options chosen and paid for by the sender of the goods, so you will need to contact the sender regarding this.

    Can I select an alternative delivery address?
    We have to deliver to the address provided by the sender of the consignment. If you require delivery to an alternative address, please contact the sender of the goods to arrange this.
  • If you would like to collect your goods, please let us know by selecting a day below – we can then ensure your parcel is ready for you.
    Please be aware you will need to bring the ‘Sorry I missed you’ card that our driver left, along with identification (photographic or proof of address) when you collect. You can collect your goods between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, or between 9am and 12pm on Saturday.
